We are a registered Shipping Company operating in all Nigeria Ports and beyond. We are also registered with NPA and NIMASA to bring-in and sail-out all type of vessels. We undertake agency for all ships discharging in all Nigeria Port as Owners Protective Agent and also as Charterer Cargo Agent. We undertake Crew change, Sign-on and Sign-off for all Nationals. We also prepare Temporal Work Permit (TWP) from immigration for Superintendent and Crew for quick embarkment. We undertake the service of Cash to Master (CTM) on behalf of Owners and welfare of the crew (health services).

We are also Custom Licensed Ship-chandler fully authorized to supply vessels in all Nigerian Sea Ports and some Sea Ports of West Africa.
We can service and supply your vessels with: Provisions, Fruits/Vegetables, Diary Product (Beef, Pork, Chicken, Lamb, Goat Meat. Luboils, AGO, LPFO etc. Engine Stores – Steel Plates/Pipes, Valves, Elbows/Flanges, Bolts & Nuts, (Stainless/Mild Steel), Refilling of Gases – Oxygen, Acetylene & Freon 22 and Electrode of all types and sizes Marine parts and accessories. Fresh water and also provide all other Chandling Services.

Providence Shipping and Investment Limited has in-house capabilities as an Integrated Project Logistics Services provider, specializing in Oil & Gas / Offshore Marine logistics, chartering, and Offshore (Support) Vessel agency services in Sub-Saharan Africa. Our Oil & Gas / Offshore teams provide logistics services in most of the group’s global locations, but in particular in Africa. For certain projects an exchange and sharing of competencies is put in place between the various divisions within the group.

We represent many Ship Owners abroad to hire out their Vessels to interested charterers in Nigeria. We act as Ship Brokers assisting Owners to hire their vessels to reputable Charterers.
